We worked with Total Voice Suffolk to create a new website which establishes their own identity and provides information on what they do in a clear way.
Total Voice Suffolk is a partnership of organisations working together to provide advocacy in Suffolk.
Total Voice Suffolk had a website but it was identical to other Total Voice organisations and it didn’t provide them with their own identity. They needed a website which used their new branding and organised their content into clear sections.
We built a custom WordPress website which is easy for the Total Voice Team to update themselves.
The design used their new branding and organising the content in specific sections. The content is largely text based or links to other resources.
WordPress development and build
The website has been built with flexible templates so different types of content can be added. For example, videos can be added to any page as a 2 column grid.
Several different hero images can be uploaded to the home page and one is displayed randomly from this selection. This means a different hero image can appear on the home page each time you visit, giving a fresh look.
We built the Resource section so either PDF / Word documents or external links can be added. Screen reader text informs the user whether the link will open a document or go to an external website, helping them with orientation of the website.
The result is a WordPress website which identifies Total Voice Suffolk as an independent organisation and one which they can easily maintain themselves.

Content creation: The Total Voice Team
Angie designed the Total Voice Suffolk website, following a re-brand of the service. The site is a great success, as it combines detailed and complex information in a well laid out format. Angie was able to design this layout, suggest changes which made navigation easier, create bespoke pages to produce a site which visually complimented the re-branded service.
Angie liaised effortlessly with multiple clients within our Partnership which helped us all to keep on the same page throughout the project.
